How verification works
In Full is a peer-to-peer marketplace. We do not operate an authentication lab like consignment houses. Instead we combine clear listing standards, payments held until delivery, reporting tools, and seller signals you can weigh yourself.
Authenticity notes
Sellers can add a provenance note on each listing (where they bought it, tags, receipts, alterations). Treat this as the seller’s claim. Ask questions via messaging before you buy if something is unclear.
Payments & disputes
Checkout runs through Stripe. Funds stay held until you confirm delivery. Sellers must provide carrier tracking before an order can be marked shipped. If something is wrong after shipping, open a dispute before confirming — choose Damaged, Not as described, Wrong item, or Other. That keeps payout held. The seller can accept a full refund, or you can withdraw the dispute. Admins can force a refund while funds are still held.
Offers
Competing offer amounts stay private. Only the seller and the person who made an offer can see that offer’s price.
Reviews
After delivery, buyers leave star ratings that appear on the seller’s public shop. Use shops, reviews, and listing detail together when deciding whom to trust.
