This policy describes how In Full collects and uses information when you use the marketplace.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), listing and order data, shipping addresses you provide, payout onboarding data handled by Stripe, device and usage logs needed to operate the service, and photos you upload for listings.

How we use it

To run the marketplace (accounts, listings, checkout, shipping labels, payouts), send transactional email (verification, offers, orders, shipping), prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Offers

Offer amounts on a listing are visible only to the seller and to the buyer who placed that offer. Other shoppers cannot see competing bid amounts on the listing page.

Processors

We use service providers such as Stripe (payments and Connect), Cloudinary (images), EasyPost (shipping labels), email delivery (e.g. Resend), and hosting/database providers. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention and security

We retain account and order records as needed for the business and legal obligations. Passwords are stored hashed. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; use a strong unique password.

Your choices

You can update profile and ship-from details in your account, request password reset, and contact us to ask about access or deletion where applicable law allows.
