In Full is a peer-to-peer marketplace for pre-owned clothing. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

Listings and sales

Sellers must list items they own, describe them accurately (including condition and measurements), and ship within the handling time they set. Buyers must pay through In Full checkout. Offers and purchases are contracts between buyer and seller; In Full facilitates payment and payout.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Seller payouts stay held until the buyer accepts the item, or until 72 hours after delivery if no claim is open. Platform fees are described on the Fees page. Shipping is typically paid by the buyer at checkout.

Prohibited use

Do not list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods; manipulate offers; abuse messaging or payments; or circumvent fees. We may remove listings and withhold payouts where fraud or policy violations are reasonably suspected.

Disclaimers

In Full is provided as-is. We do not authenticate every item. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be raised promptly; our ability to reverse a completed sale depends on payment status and applicable rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
